  • Char Siu pork
  • Baby bok choi
  • Egg noodles
  • Any other vegetables you want
  • AROMATIC OIL
  • Garlic, green onions, red pepper flakes, or anything you want (shallots, ginger)
  • TARE
  • Kombu, shiitake mushrooms, 1 cup soy, 1/4 cup mirin, white miso (optional)
  • NOODLES
  • Fresh is better but dry is ok.
