Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz for 2-3 minutes until you have a thick, coarse mixture.
  2. Scoop and shape the mixture into 10-12 balls.
  3. Place in refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Balls will stay fresh in fridge for 3 days.
