Rouladen

Ingredients

  • Thin sliced beef/rouladen meat. (Beef top round)
  • Pickles
  • Onion
  • Bacon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Pound the steaks if needed to flatten. Roll bacon, onion, and pickle in the meat and tie together. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Brown on both sides in pan with olive oil. Pour 1 cup of water in pan. Lower temperature when boiling Leave in pan for 2 hours to fully cook.
