Salada de toranja, salmão fumado e edamame com molho de hortelã

Ingredients

  • 4 toranjas
  • 200 g de salmão fumado, cortado em finas tiras
  • 1/2 chávena de edamame
  • 1 chávena de rebentos de alfafa (ou outros rebentos fininhos que seja mais fácil encontrar)
  • 1 mão cheia de folhas de hortelã
  • Para o molho
  • Sumo de 2 toranjas
  • 1 colher de chá de mel
  • 2 a 3 colheres de sopa de azeite
  • 1/4 de colher de chá de flor de sal
  • Pimenta preta moída
  • 2 colheres de sopa de folhas frescas de hortelã picadas
