Ingredients

  • Salmon:
  • 1 pound center-cut salmon, skin-on
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small lime, zested (reserve juice for sauce)
  • Tacos:
  • 8 corn tortillas, or flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup finely shredded green cabbage, or coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup pickled red onion, or fresh chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • Hot sauce, for serving
  • Cilantro Lime Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, or more, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • fresh lime juice
