Sherry Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 cups of sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic fresh
- 1/2 bunch Italian parsley
- 3 ounces raspberries
- 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 orange Juice and zested
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1.5 cups olive oil
Directions
Add all ingredients to the vita mix blender except oil. Turn on speed seven and allow the ingredients to purée. Once all the shallots have than minced, slowly drizzle The oil in to emulsify.
