  • 1/3 c low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1tsp cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pd shrimp
  • 2 T fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Whisk together everything excision and cilantro
  2. Marinade shrimp at room temp for 15 min or covered in fridge up to 2 hours.
  3. Spray grill. Divide shrimp into 4 skewers. Grill 2-4 min per side. Serve garnished with cilantro
