Shrimp Skewers 1WW Per Skewer
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1/3 c low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1tsp cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pd shrimp
- 2 T fresh cilantro
Directions
Whisk together everything excision and cilantro
Marinade shrimp at room temp for 15 min or covered in fridge up to 2 hours.
Spray grill. Divide shrimp into 4 skewers. Grill 2-4 min per side. Serve garnished with cilantro
