Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 pack dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom
  • 1 pack dry au jus mix
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, mix beef, onion mix, bread crumbs, and milk. Divide into 8 patties and shape into oval patties. Dredge in flour and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil over med-hi heat. Brown the patties. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  3. 3. In another bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, au jus, and water. Pour over the patties.
  4. 4. Cool on low for 6 hours or high 4 hours.
