- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour Cream Sauce-
- 1- 8oz block of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 to 1 cup of reserved chicken broth (or water)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
