Ingredients

  • 1 pound white shrimp* (13-15 large shrimp), sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 English cucumber with skin, seeded,** sliced and chopped into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 yellow pepper (orange or red peppers also work), cored, sliced and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (or whichever you have on hand), seeded, diced into small chunks
  • 1/2 large red onion, sliced and chopped or diced
  • 1 habanero pepper, thinly sliced and minced***
  • 1 teaspoon Caribbean-style hot pepper sauce, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 small orange
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
