1 cup red pepper (chopped fine)

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

2/3 cup vinegar

1/3 cup jalapeños (finely chopped) or 1/2 10 oz. jar of jalapeños

1-1/2 tsp. juice from jalapeños
