Drain shrimp. Mix together eggs and salt. Toss shrimp in egg mixture. Drain shrimp. Mix together pepper and bisquick, toss shrimp to coat.
Heat oil over medium high heat. Mix together tarter and cocktail sauces and set aside. Fry shrimp in small batches without crowding the pan for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and drain.
Split bread loaf in half, coat both halves with sauce, save remaining sauce for dipping. Put half of the fried shrimp on each bread half. Top with cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake in oven on low broil for 3-5 minutes until desired cheese doneness.
