Dissolve sugar in the boiling water, then add oil, vinegar and chicken flavour sachets.
Break up noodles, pour liquid over and leave to soak while you chop the celery and spring onions and shred the cabbage. Add vegetables to the noodles, stir then set aside for 1-2 hours before serving.
Scatter salad with sesame seeds to serve. Fresh herbs can also be added for extra flavour.
