  • 300 g koolvisfilet, in stukjes
  • 1 builtje zilvervliesrijst
  • 2 tomaten, in partjes gesneden
  • 1 prei, in stukken van 2 cm gesneden
  • 1/2 witte ajuin, fijngehakt
  • 1 knoflookteentje, geperst
  • 2 cm gember, geraspt
  • 1/2 limoen
  • koriander, naar wens
  • 1/2 el tomatenpuree
  • 170 ml kokosmelk
  • 1 el Madras curry kruiden
  • 1/2 el (of half blokje) groentebouillon
  • kurkuma, naar wens
  • 2 el olijfolie
  • 100 ml water
  • peper en zout
