  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces and about 1/2 inch thick each; preferably wild), skin on, any pin bones removed
  • Vegetable oil, for greasing the grill grates
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges, for serving
