Ingredients

  • 1 (4) tbsp oil
  • 1 (6) pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 (6 1/2) Tblsp White Chicken Chili Seasoning
  • 1 (4) can water
  • 1 (6) can (15 to 16 ounces) white beans, undrained
  • 1 (3) can mexicorn

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  2. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans, corn. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
  3. 3. Enjoy!
