White Crusty Loaves

Ingredients

  • 6 cups plain flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Water for brushing

Directions

Mix together and knead
Put in oiled bowl and rest til doubled
Punch and knead
Divide and shape into loaves
Place n tray and brush with water
Bake very hot oven 200 for 35 min.
