  • 1/2 Onion
  • Green Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cans:
  • Coconut milk
  • Spices:
  • Curry Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut vegetables and chicken breast.
  2. Put olive oil in a pan and cook chicken pieces with garlic and onions.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large pot, melt butter and stir in curry powder.
  5. Add coconut milk and stir.
  6. Add potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables.
  7. Let cook for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Add chicken with all the stuff in the pan to the large pot.
  9. Let cook for 10-15 minutes.
  10. 5 minutes in, add onions.
