  • 3 cans of tomato sauce
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 2 reg cans of petite diced tomatoes.
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 head fresh garlic
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • 1/2 bunch oregano
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • Lambrusco

Directions

  1. Sauté onion in olive oil and butter mix with a little crushed red pepper flakes.
  2. Add lots of fresh garlic. Add basil, oregano and parsley.
  3. Add tomato paste. Add red wine. Add tomato and petite diced. Add sugar. Add pepper. Taste to see if it needs salt.
  4. Simmer for about two hours.
