Oven Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 3 large baking potatoes
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.
Scrub potatoes and cut them lengthwise into quarters.
Blot edges with paper towels.
Put potatoes onto a pan and coat evenly with oil.
Leave the cut side up in a single layer.
Sprinkle with seasoning and cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
