Ingredients
- Shortening (1 cup)
- Butter, softened (1 cup)
- Powdered Sugar (8 cups)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Vanilla (2 tsp)
- Heavy Cream (6 oz)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and butter until fluffy
- Add sugar and continue creaming until well blended
- Add salt, vanilla, and whipping cream
- Blend on low speed until moistened
- Beat on high until buttercream is fluffy
