Directions

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. 2. Roll a small amount of meat mixture around a skewer to resemble a ¼” to ½” think sausage roll, 4” long. Press firmly. If mixture sticks to hands, wet hands with water prior to rolling meat.
  3. 3. Grill or broil 2-4 minutes on each side, turning often to prevent over-cooking.
