Directions

  1. Mix salt and pepper in onion with hands
  2. Add onions over meat
  3. Add bulgar in the mixing bowl with meat and onions
  4. With bowl of ice and water, dips hands in water and sprinkle over meat and gently mix
  5. Taste for salt
  6. Mix olive oil in with hands
  7. Sprinkle a little old water and mix
  8. Serve with mint leaves, sweet onion wedges, garlic dip, olive oil, warm pita bread
