Directions

  1. Whisk to dissolve salt in water
  2. Incorporate honey
  3. Transfer to fermentation vessel
  4. Add Mango and Chilli, lightly macerate
  5. Cover surface with cling wrap, cloth on mouth of vessel
  6. 27 degrees, 3-4 days... Strain
