  • Garlic cloves - 2, chopped
  • Green chilies - 2 small, chopped
  • Tomato - 2 small or 1 cup roughly chopped
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Cilantro or coriander leaves- few sprigs, chopped finely
