Wash lentil, add to a large saucepan and add 4 cups of the water, salt and pepper
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and boil for half an hour
Add another 2 cups of the water and the bulgur cook for another half hour
In the meantime, chop the 2 onions, add oil to another pan and saute on medium/high heat until they're brown but don't burn them. Once they're brown, add to the lenitls and stir until the lentis are cooked and there is no more liquid.
