Pam’s Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 Ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 can Kernel Corn
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg Extra Wide Egg Noodles

Directions

  1. Boil noodles in large pot of boiling water.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together in large bowl the soups, sour cream, corn, and chopped onion.
  3. Brown the beef and add to the soup mixture.
  4. When noodles are tender, drain and then fold gently into the soup/beef mixture.
  5. Pour mixture into med-large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with dinner rolls and roasted zucchini.
