Put all of the vegetables on a large baking pan. Sprinkle on thyme, oregano, garlic, salt & pepper and toss all ingredients to combine. Drizzle on the olive oil & toss again.
Roast the vegetables in a preheated 425 degree oven for 5 min. Remove pan, toss vegetables, and put back in the oven for an additional 5 min. Remove pan & allow to cool.
Spread all of the vegetables evenly across the pizza shell. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
Bake the assembled pizza on the preheated stone for 10-15 min. until the dough is crisp & brown.
