1. Sauté chopped bacon in the pot(leave grease in pot don't drain), then add butter, onion, broth, celery, and garlic powder,old bay seasoning, parsley, bay leaves, salt, pepper, dill, carrots, and celery and potatoes. Cook until potatoes and carrots start to get tender. 2. Put in walleye,shrimp or fish of choice, reduce heat and simmer fish 10 min.
3. Stir in parmesan cheese along with milk or whipping cream, creamed corn, flour, cornstarch, and cream cheese. Cook on medium, stirring frequently until heated through and cream cheese is melted.
