Ingredients

  • - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 4 large flour tortillas
  • - 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (ensure it's halal)
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • - Lemon wedges for serving

Directions

  1. - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. - In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. - Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from grill and set aside.
  4. - Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chopped romaine, grilled shrimp, and Caesar dressing.
