Sour Cream Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 t salt
- 1 med onion
- 2 c longhorn cheese
- 2 c corn flakes
- 2 x 1/4 butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Directions
- Microwave potatoes for 15 min
- Cook bacon & crumble
- Melt butter in microwave, add onions, cook for 4 min
- Add & mix well soup, sour cream, salt, potatoes, cheese & bacon
- Put in 2 8x8 glass dishes
- Mix corn flakes and melted butter, spread over before heating
- Microwave for 5-8 min (10-12 if refrigerated)
