2) Boil the Rajma with Kali Dal. To that add 2 cloves of Garlic, Bay leaf.
3) Once fully boiled, do check if it is properly cooked. The Rajma should be soft. Remove the 2 garlic cloves and bay leaf from it. Set aside.
4) In a Pan, add Ghee. Once hot, add cumin seeds. Allow it to crackle. To it add onions and saute until it turns brown. This adds flavor and taste to the gravy. Add tomatoes, garam masala, cumin powder and water. Cook it well. Keep aside for cooling.
5) Once cooked, grind this onion tomatoes mixture well to form a thick paste.
6) Add this paste to a pan, add the cooked Rajma.
7) Add Dry Mango powder, Cream, water and Bay leaf. Cook it and bring it to your desired consistency. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
